Returns & Exchanges

Items must be returned within 10 days of purchase in exchange for store credit only. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused/unworn and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. Please contact us if item arrives damaged and we can discuss return or repair options. We do not offer returns or exchanges on any vintage or sale items. Perishable goods such as perfumes & tinctures cannot be returned. Custom and custom-sized items may not be returned or exchanged, although certain artists may be able to make adjustments on a case-by-case basis, so please measure carefully. Contact cixous72@gmail.com for information and to obtain a return shipping address. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the item is returned damaged due to neglectful return packaging it will not be accepted for a return or exchange. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

 

Store Credit

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. The original shipping costs will not be returned. If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account with us.
