Shipping & Returns
Items will be shipped within one week of purchase. Cixous72 will notify buyer of any anticipated delays within 3 days of purchase. Please allow for slight delays in shipping during holidays.
Some items are made to order, so please allow up to two weeks for production, or refer to the item description. Items that are made to order will be noted in item's description. Items from different vendors or of unusual sizes may be shipped separately, if this is the case, the customer will be notified and sent an invoice for the shipping balance. Customers are required to pay the balance within 3 business days of receiving invoice.
International shipping is set at $18 but may be more depending on the contents and volume of the order. Customers will be notified of the difference once item(s) are shipped and sent an invoice for the shipping balance minus the initial $18. Customers are required to pay the balance within 3 business days of receiving invoice.
Returns & Exchanges
Items must be returned within 10 days of purchase in exchange for store credit only. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused/unworn and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. Please contact us if item arrives damaged and we can discuss return or repair options. We do not offer returns or exchanges on sale items. Perishable goods such as perfumes & tinctures cannot be returned. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org for information and to obtain a return shipping address. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the item is returned damaged due to neglectful return packaging it will not be accepted for a return or exchange. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you will vary.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. The original shipping costs will not be returned. If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account with us.
